Dining at Perle Mesta is a rarefied journey—and we wanted the art to reflect that same sense of movement and intrigue. For the custom art installations, we drew inspiration from Chef’s home country of Jamaica and the ingredients grown there, as well as the rare ingredients Chef uses today and the warm hospitality of our namesake, Perle Mesta.
